Care & Support Worker!

This role offers varied hours and days, Full time and Part time available.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our growing team across Newmarket Mildenhall, Lakenheath.
Care Worker Role
Focuses on personal, practical and physical care to enjoy meaningful quality of life.
This includes
Personal care, medication prompting, food and fluids, shopping, social interaction, attending appointments, assisting at day services and light household duties.
Support Worker Role
Focuses on independence, confidence and daily living, helping with social activities, appointments, community access, life skills, routines, emotional support, and enabling people to live the life they choose.
You can choose:
• Support work
• Homecare
• Or a mix of both



Mental Health Practitioner
Supporting individuals with complex needs while also providing guidance and support to the wider team.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting customers with complex needs and challenging behaviour
Working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities
Providing sensitive and person-centred support around self-neglect
Promoting dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing
Building positive and trusting relationships with customers
Supporting colleagues with advice, guidance and effective approaches
Working collaboratively with the wider care and support team
Contributing to positive outcomes and maintaining a safe, supportive environment
Essential Requirements
You must have:
A recognised Mental Health qualification
At least 1 year’s experience working in a mental health or complex-needs environment
A full UK driving licence
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, challenging behaviour, autism and/or learning disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, patient and compassionate approach
The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
