Lyndsey has dedicated her career to the service industry since graduating from college, gaining valuable experience across several companies. However, her true calling emerged in 2013 when she transitioned into the care sector. Throughout her years in care, Lyndsey identified opportunities for improvement in the support provided to individuals, fueling her passion for delivering exceptional service. In December 2019, she founded INSPIRE, a venture that embodies her commitment to enhancing care quality, and she has never looked back since.
