Lyndsey Bucknell
Company Founder & Registered Manager
Lyndsey is an experienced professional with nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, where she developed a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards. In 2013, she transitioned into the care sector, bringing her passion for people and quality service into a more purpose-driven field.
In 2019, Lyndsey founded Inspire, a care and support company dedicated to improving the lives of others. Through Inspire, she provides compassionate, person-centred care for the elderly and individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health needs.
Lyndsey is deeply committed to making a positive difference, combining her leadership experience with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and support.

Lyndsy Jeal
HR Compliance & GLT Facilitator
Lyndsy has been a dedicated member of the INSPIRE team since 2023 with her 13 years of experience in the care industry. Her keen attention to detail ensures that all HR requirements are meticulously followed. Lyndsy also plays a vital role in guaranteeing that staff comply with best practices and stay up-to-date with relevant training, all to deliver exceptional service.

Elizabeth Dance
Care Manager
Lizzie has been a part of INSPIRE since its creation in 2019. Starting as a support worker, Lizzie embraced the opportunity to grow with the expanding business and now serves as the Care Manager, working closely with Lyndsey. Her responsibilities include ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business and overseeing day-to-day activities. Lizzie's exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities have been crucial to the business's success. She also enjoys supporting home care visits and contributing to the Diversity Hub whenever possible.

Hayley Hindmarch
Diversity Hub Manager
Hayley has been an integral part of INSPIRE since its inception in 2019, sharing Lyndsey's vision to create an engaging and safe day service in Newmarket for community members. With over 20 years of experience in the support industry, particularly in behaviour management, Hayley is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment.As the manager of the Diversity Hub at INSPIRE, Hayley plans and co-ordinates events and sessions tailored to neurodiverse individuals, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported. Additionally, Hayley oversees the team and support within the Hub, guiding them in their mission to make a positive impact.

Clare Devereux
Support Manager and Safeguarding Lead
Clare joined INSPIRE in May 2021, bringing with her eight years of experience in the care industry. Before her career in care, Clare dedicated 14 years to supporting children with additional educational needs.Clare's working location and daily activities vary based on individual needs but Clare's primarily focus in on domiciliary care, support work, mock inspection work, and leading support packages.Clare is also responsible for delivering training to all support staff and families associated with INSPIRE.
Dara Gladwin
Senior Care Professional
Dara has been a valued member of the INSPIRE team since October 2021, initially starting in community care before advancing to a more senior role. With over a decade of experience in various aspects of care, including administration, scheduling, and hands-on support, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Dara holds multiple qualifications in health and social care, along with a diploma in Dementia care.In 2018, she became certified as a People Moving and Handling Trainer, Dara also possesses training in stroke awareness, medication administration, and end-of-life care.

Michelle Talbot
Care Co-ordinator
Michelle is the newest addition to the INSPIRE family, having joined us in March 2024. With approximately 17 years of experience in the care industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Currently, Michelle manages office administration and staff scheduling, collaborating closely with Elizabeth, Lyndsey, and Lyndsy. She remains hands-on, providing support in the HUB and at customers' homes as needed.

Lisa Glasker
Senior Care Professional
Lisa joined INSPIRE in 2021, bringing with her eight years of experience in the care industry. Her wealth of knowledge and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team and business. Lisa holds certification as a Manual Handling Trainer, playing a key role in our internal training programme. Additionally, she is a Dementia Friends Ambassador, demonstrating her commitment to improving the lives of those with dementia. Primarily working in the home care division, Lisa oversees a variety of responsibilities including team spot checks, service user reviews, and ensuring all staff receive comprehensive training. Her focus on both manual handling and medication competencies ensures the highest standards of care are maintained.

Kristel Shipp
Senior Support Worker
Kristel joined INSPIRE in 2020, bringing years of experience in the care industry. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and a Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality. As a Senior Support Worker, Kristel not only assists with home care visits but also leads various events in the Diversity Hub, such as the Lunch Club. Additionally, she supports the Big Splash sessions at Bury Leisure Centre, showcasing her dedication to fostering community engagement and well-being.

Aiden Whitten
Marketing & IT Support
Aiden joined INSPIRE in 2025, With a strong foundation built in a Managed Service provider and years of experience supporting customers' IT needs. Aiden now brings a dynamic blend of website design, marketing, and social media expertise to the table. Having also spent many years in the customer service industry with his first Job working with Lyndsey at 15 years old in 1998. He understands how to connect with audiences and deliver impact. Now fully focused on elevating INSPIRE’s online presence, Aiden is on a mission to take its digital reach to the next level.
