What's the process before Care starts..

At Inspire, we prioritise you being in a comfortable environment before we come out and meet you. We understand the importance of feeling safe, heard and respected, which is why we prefer face-to-face service discussions where you can feel at ease.

 

Our approach is rooted in understanding your unique requirements without the pressure of having to make any decisions on the spot or being cold called or having any aggressive sales tactics imposed on you. 

 

 Your comfort and trust are our top priorities. The decision is always yours. 

Contact is made or requested by family or Council

A member of INSPIRE will come and have a conversation about needs, hours, frequency etc

INSPIRE representative leaves brochure and confirms cost and service options. With no haggling or need for immediate commitment

Care individual or representative contacts INSPIRE with acceptance of service. 

Date of service start date agreed and paperwork is all completed 

Care starts on agreed date and continues until no longer required.
