Every Friday is an exciting day filled with activities designed especially for adults with additional needs!
Choose one, two or all three of the below activities:

Swimming: I can swim session.

Dry Sports/Chair Activities: Participate in sports and chair-based activities.

Disco: Dance to great music and have a blast!
Feel free to bring your own lunch, or enjoy the snacks in the onsite Cafe
